How do I sign up?

Download the app. A team member will review and confirm your information. Once confirmed, you will be ready to receive care. We are currently accepting clients in Hawaii. We'll be expanding to Las Vegas, and the San Francisco Bay Area soon.

Is it safe?

The Vencer Health team is composed of both clients and providers and safety is our first priority. We conduct rigorous background checks on providers and allow for both clients and providers to cancel services at anytime. You can contact our support team by info@vencerhealth.com, with any issues or challenges while providing care. For emergencies you always have the ability to call 911. Vencer Health is currently developing additional in-app safety measures such as calling 911.

What do I need to use the Vencer app?

All you need is an iPhone, the Vencer Health app, and a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

What should I know about COVID-19?

If you suspect you have COVID-19 or came in contact with someone with COVID-19, do not provide services if you have these symptoms and or any other signs or symptoms of acute infection or illness. See your own healthcare provider.

Symptoms: May appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms or combinations of symptoms may have COVID-19: Cough or shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

OR at least two of these symptoms:
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
