How do I sign up?

Complete the sign up form. A team member reviews and confirms all the information and you will be ready to get care. We are in beta testing and we're looking for clients in Honolulu, Las Vegas, and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Is it safe?

The Vencer team is composed of both clients and providers and safety is our first priority. We conduct background checks on providers and allow for both clients and providers to cancel the services at anytime. You can contact our support team for help by phone or email, with any issues or challenges while providing care. For emergencies you always have the ability to contact 911. Vencer is currently developing additional in-app safety measures within the including contacting 911.

What do I need to use the Vencer app?

All you need is an iPhone, a credit card, and to want what's best for you and your family. The first 100 beta users will receive 5 hours of service paid by Vencer.

What should I know about COVID-19?

If you suspect you have COVID-19 or came in contact with someone with COVID-19, do not provide services if you have these symptoms and or any other signs or symptoms of acute infection or illness. See your own healthcare provider.

Symptoms: May appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms or combinations of symptoms may have COVID-19: Cough or Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
